Pro Desk at The Home Depot

"I rented a pressure washer and when I went to use it it was barely 1,000 psi according to the Guage I have. I had to finish using it and when I took it back and asked them to void the charges Josh said I had to of called within the first hour. I said that's fine can you show me that in the contract. He couldn't find it and proceeded to tell me "well it's known that that is our policy" Nobody told me that. He did refund half the money but it wasn't in writing so I would abstain from renting for this home depot and be aware of Josh."

"I given one star because this site said I have too, beautiful with the item you come here to return, I returned my item back the same week, after 6 weeks later check in my bank, nothing credit back in, got there taking with the store Manager. He asked my return Receipt, I told him been 6 weeks I lost my return recipe, but I have my original receipt asked him to check for me the item I had been returned here, he said no returning receipt he cannot do nothing, bushitt"

"The pro team sucks, every time i go there i have to wait a lot of time, fastest that i have been help is 15mins, the rest is 20-35mins its just too much, more than 8 computers and only 2-3 pros at the desk, thats just unbelieveable. Home depot needs to fix that in this store!"

"Worst home depot I've ever been to, unfortunately it's the one closet to me. The pro staff may be good but the rest of the staff is horrible. Never anyone to help you, and when you do find someone they tell you "I'll try and send someone from that department" but the person never comes. Don't try returning anything unless it's super off times, I've waited 40min before. The returns person just walked off to take a break and left us standing there. I drive 20min out of my way now to go to lowes."

"The service at the Pro Desk and Millwork departments is HORRIBLE!!! I used to go to the one in New Tampa and they treated me like a valued customer. Most of the time here it seems like they are annoyed at my business. Lost not one, but two window orders for me and delayed one of my job's completion by almost a month. I spoke to the store manager and he apologized but offered no solution. Almost any time of the day, it's a 30-45 min wait just to use the Pro Desk."
