"These people deserve 100 stars, not just five. As a surprise celebration for my 70th birthday, my husband, our three daughters, sons-in-law, and four grandchildren whisked me away to West Palm Beach, Florida. One of our activities was an afternoon with Palm Beach Dolphin Tours and it was a HIGHLIGHT of the entire weekend. From the moment they greeted us at the dock, Stefan, Barbara and Chris were stunningly good - knowledgeable (Stefan can do this in at least three languages), entertaining, and kind to a fault. Due to a freak accident, I'm recently out of a wheelchair and on a cane and was terrified to board the boat. No worries. Chris got me on and off without a hitch. The weather was excellent and when it threatened, this wonderful crew kept us from getting drenched without scaring us to death with marine maneuvers. We were allowed to bring our own snacks and beverages (many of which included alcohol ... ), the boat was scrupulously clean and very comfortable, and valet parking (gratis) is plentiful. I'm reluctant to say that we saw no dolphins on our trip but none of us minded one bit (sightings obviously can't be guaranteed). This was a memorable experience and we recommend Palm Beach Dolphin Tours to everybody."

"Crew and guides were friendly and welcoming, but also 100% professional and knowledgeable. The boat was well-maintained and ably handled, and throughout the whole trip from casting off to returning to dock courtesy was given to other boaters and care was taken with all wildlife encountered. We lucked out with the weather, the calm ocean made for smoother travel and easier sightings. It was great seeing dolphins in their natural habitat while learning about their biology, habits, social structures, and more. These guys are total professionals; actual dolphin experts who have been studying them for years, and it was a unique experience to be in nature with people who are not only knowledgeable, but so obviously dedicated to the well-being and preservation of dolphins and all sea life. Would definitely recommend, and we probably will go again in a couple years!"
