"Installation of laundry room quartz slab with sink. The job was very straight-forward and the installer, Heybel, was professional, polite, and did a great job. A star was lost because I was told ahead of time that the faucet would be attached to the countertop before it was installed. I specifically asked for this because it's very difficult ensuring a tight fit afterwards. When I called Zsolt, the response was unapologetic and I was told they never do that. They just ensure the hole is properly sized. When she thought she put me on hold to talk within her office about it I could hear the less than supportive conversation take place "behind my back." I was tempted to dock two stars for this. If anything goes sideways, don't expect an ideal customer experience. They won't show any empathy. But the price was reasonable, the product met our expectations, communication was very good, and the installation was solid. If they would shore up their customer service and experience attitude, they'd be a five star business."

"BEWARE , do not use this company . This company did our quartz , the quartz was fabricated short , they came out admit it is short but find reasons to why they wouldn't change it . They are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and will lie to you . They will quote you a low price but the quality and workmanship are poor . You will never get them to correct their mistakes. RUN FROM THEM !!!"
