"Stopped in to fin an outdoor rug like The one I purchased in a different town Searched the entire store without any luck. Coincidentally , when checking out Tony ask if I found everything and I honestly answered no, that I couldn’t find outdoor rugs. Well, Tony chimed in walked me straight to the corner where they were tucked away! Not Only did I get exactly what I came for, but with Tony’s help and Dawn’s (team lead) I got It for 50% off and an additional 20% for shopping on Saturday! Without Tony and Dawn, I would have left without the item I came specifically for. Love this kind of service and the goodness of the people Of store #5289"

"Great store that has a little of everything. Always well kept, including the restrooms. Friendly staff that is always helpful finding what you need. This is one of the better Big Lots, many are disasters but the management ensures this isn’t one of them. Thumbs up! I just wished they had more vegan healthcare items otherwise it’s all good. Easy parking and located next to Griffols plasma donation center same parking lot as Pet Supermarket. Be sure to visit and let them know you saw my review."

"I guess inflation has hit BIG LOTS pretty hard! I usually use instacart to shop... but there were a lot of good finds in the store the prices were a little steep 9.99 for a hat and mittens set in FLORIDA? I could not find any educational youth items such as flash cards for division or frequently used words."
