"I worked here for about 9 months, and the upper management had to be the WORST thing ever about working here! The only manager who gave me a positive attitude was Vanessa. If you enjoy getting bad hours because you “gave an attitude” to the assistant to the GM, Corrine, I would suggest this job for you. Personally, I wouldn’t even shop here because majority of the time, nobody offers help and if they do, they try to shove a JCP credit card down your throat."

"the lady who works inside that sephora was so disgusting and rude. i picked up a tester and opened it just to look and she screamed at me and said to not touch the products with my fingers? extremely embarrassing when it was my first time in a makeup store and i was really excited just to walk out crying from how embarrassed i was. extremely unprofessional and i wish i would’ve saw her name tag."
