"They assigned us chairs for the week then when someone refused to leave our chairs just reassigned the chairs to the person that refused to leave splitting my family's chairs up or forcing us to move way down the beach from the access which is an issue for the elderly women with us."

"SCAMMERS!! Went to the panhandle water sports kiosk at my resort, Majestic Beach and was quoted almost double the prices listed online. The attendant said he “doesn’t honor” that online pricing. That is a violation of consumer protection laws and will be reporting it."

"Do not recommend. Not only was it impossible to get in touch with someone, I postponed my reservation a day due to weather and was told I could come the next day no problem. Finally confirm that I could still go the next day and that my reservation would still be good. Arrived at the location listed on their website with no one there. Few minutes go by and someone shows up to tell us they don’t have the equipment or paperwork that I need to go to the next location. Walk at least half a mile down the beach to the next location just to be told the online reservation doesn’t matter and that there are no available skis for my reservation and that it’s already fully booked the rest of the day as they only had two jet skis. Not only were we unable to utilize the reservation, I wasn’t even refunded the full amount that I paid. Worst vacation experience with a tourist attraction. Why offer online reservations if they don’t even guarantee a jet ski????"
