"This was one of the best condos we have stayed in. We had a corner unit on the 15th floor and the view was simply amazing. We could see the coastline in both directions and being right on the beach, could see the various aquatic animals swimming in the mornings. VERY relaxing and peaceful. The unit itself was very well payed out and up to date. We will be returning to this condo in the future. DEFINITELY. There is beach access on the property but there is public access next door. We chose to use the public access due to the amount of equipment we have and there were less stairs on the public side. It was not overly crowded. Only complaints: one side of our toaster didn't work, and parking. (A bit petty and not a deal breaker). If you drive a large vehicle, be prepared to stress over getting it into the tight parking in the garage. We drive an Explorer and it was tough. Other that parking, your stay here WILL be up to par and you won't be disappointed."
"I cannot complain about the room. It is immaculate and beautiful. However, we are surrounded by people that are smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes and the devil's cabbage seemingly 24/7. We can't enjoy sitting out on the patio nor leaving our doors open to enjoy fresh air because there is none."
"The condo we stayed in ( the 16th floor) was beautiful. Unfortunately there were a few things that needed to be made aware of. The outside chairs were not in the best of shape, and there wasn't a plug in the spare bathroom tub ( minor issue unless you have kids), and also the spare room ( front room) the fan was loud. Besides that, it was a beautiful location, right on the beach, really close to Walmart and just a few minutes away from Pier Park. The elevators were slow, but they worked so that was wonderful. Parking is very nice unless you have a HUGE vehicle. Overall was a great place and I'd definitely recommend. It was perfect for the 3 of us."
"To start with the room was nice (could use a new paint job to cover some mildew areas) the AC worked AWESOME! Conveniently located and close to a lot of restaurants, shops and things to do. The beach was beautiful and clean. The pool was nice except for the loud music from 1 family. The ELEVATORS were the worst!!! 2 for 18 floors. RIDICULOUS! Waited 50 minutes just to get downstairs to check out. Called front desk, they never answered the phone, walked by the window and she’s sitting at the desk. The PARKING just as AWFUL. Got a parking citation for taking up 2 spots due to the spaces being entirely too tight for people like us in a Ford F350 Super Duty. *Don’t waste your money on a golf cart, cause they won’t allow you to park them on their property."
"The location and views were stunning. The amenities are well kept, we adored the pool, and access to the beach was perfect. The room was nice and roomy, and the balcony was huge!! We loved the big bathrooms and the washer and dryer being included. Kitchen had all the necessary cups and bowls, it was nice. My only room complaint would be that the floors need to be mopped better. We have a crawler and that first night, his feet were black! Also, the bathroom rugs were questionable. We instantly scooped them up and put them in the laundry. The absolute worst part of the trip was the elevator!!! THE WORST! There are only two elevators and they are always full. We waited 10 minutes a couple times, and the waiting areas are sweltering. I know they can’t just add an elevator, but it is just something worth saying because it was a deal breaker for us coming back in the future as a family with kiddos. The parking situation is a bit annoying but not a big deal."
