"This is one of the best condominiums on the beach. It's the only 1 that I know of that has floor to ceiling glass. It is very well maintained and the staff is friendly. After hurricane Michael, the outside was completely and thoroughly refurbished and looks like new."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at Sterling Beach condo 305. The environment was beautiful and quiet. The grounds was clean and not crowded even for the 4th of July week. The condo was very spacious and clean. It included an umbrella and several great items for the beach in a closet near the door. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Only down fall for a coffee drinker was the lack of an up to date coffee maker. While the condo was clean and spacious it lacked in comfort of beds. The beds were very hard and there was little to no cover on the beds. However, the couch was very comfortable that is where my son ended up sleeping during our stay because it was better than the beds. I would definitely stay at a condo a Sterling Beach again just probably not this particular condo if the beds aren’t updated."

"Lovely condo with beautiful view The minute you step into this condo, you are greeted by the amazing view! It leaves you speechless. We sat for hours in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows reading, browsing the internet, and watching the beautiful waters of the gulf. The weather was a bit cool and rainy during our visit, but we still were able to enjoy the beach through the immense windows. We found the entire rental to be well maintained, tastefully decorated, and very clean. We had a sufficient supply of towels and start-up supplies. All appliances were in great working condition. The layout of the condo provides plenty of space and privacy. We encountered very few people at the sterling beach resort, but those we ran into were welcoming and friendly. Vacasa was easy to deal with, and we had no complaints whatsoever. We would rent this place again without hesitation."
