It's all a scam and a lie, it's my opinion and I give it with all due respect but that's what people think. If they are going to upgrade you to the ticket, let it be with the ones they buy from the date they decided to upgrade you, but the one who already paid for the ticket should put them on the plane and problem solved. I thought it was a serious agency but now I see it's not."
