"On February 9 we took the Key West activity...we were late, and 2 stops including one in a restaurant near the highway...a brief waste of time which meant that we were unable to make any activities on the program because everything closed around 4:30 a.m. when we arrived in Key West. We left Hollywood at 9:30. From Key West we were supposed to leave at 8 p.m. but a mechanical breakdown forced us to stay in Key West until 11 a.m. We arrived in Hollywood around 3:30 in the morning. The host apologized for everything but the owners No and they don't follow up on our emails. Many people no longer trust the agency. Lack of respect for customers."
