"They have good products, but no staff, even when they are busy. I have walked away several times because it is so slow. Milam's in Sunny Isles know how to run a deli. Milam's is always well staffed."

"Hi. I came to this Publix for Fried chicken in the deli area. 3pm in the afternoon. There was no chicken available. I asked the manager can they bring more out. The manager said 15 mins so I waited. 20 mins go by. He then tell me that they don’t have any more chicken left. And was very nonchalant about the inconvenience and time wasted. POOR service. Very dissatisfying experience"

"So there was that one time my ice cream was already opened . Brought it back they made it right. Then there was that one time I didn't get all my groceries. They watched the video. They made that right. Love the people that work here. No matter what there's always a smile. The store is clean and well kept. Great store"
