"I recently had a wonderful experience with Delta Airlines when my minor son flew alone for the first time. The staff went above and beyond to ensure his safety and comfort throughout the journey. From the moment we arrived at the airport, they were attentive, making sure he understood the process and felt at ease. The flight attendants kept a watchful eye on him during the flight, and their kindness really made a difference. I was also kept informed about his status, which greatly eased my anxiety as a parent. I can't thank Delta enough for their exceptional care and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone needing assistance with a child flying solo."

"I HATE the way they board!!! I paid $25 for a window seat, which put me in BASIC, but I had no idea I'd be boarding 6th to last!!!!! Their boarding goes 1st class, there's another group or 2 here, Sky Priority, Main Cabin 1,2,3, Basic, All Customers. In looking at the seats & space between seats leading up to my seat 36-A all looked to be the same. I added a picture to show space. The 1 nice thing I like is the video monitor to watch movies or whatever is available."

"Had a fine experience up until we were on standby for an earlier flight. We weren't sure how standby worked because we had never done it. The employee that was at the kiosk was very rude and didn't want to answer any of our questions. We were moved to another standby which was fine but it dropped us to the bottom of the wait list (because they overbooked by 10 people so they had priority) so we weren't able to board. On the 3rd standby flight we weren't even put on the list. When we checked at the desk they said it was a mistake on their part for not adding us because we should have at the top of the list, but said they could't do anything. They said we would have to be put at the bottom of standby even though they were the ones that forgot to add us. They said they couldn't put us back up on the list but I have a feeling she could have put us at the top of the list easily, our tickets literally had everything on it to keep us on standby. Their mistake and they didn't even try to fix it. We would have been just fine if they had no room and we had to stick to our original flight, but customer service was horrible. We will not flying Delta again"
