We arrive and have no place to stay and NO ONE from VIP Orlando will answer the phone or call us back. We had to find a hotel for the night and now we are stuck trying to figure out where we can stay for the next 5 nights of our trip because we already paid! This is a SCAM!"

"My family rented a vacation home near Orlando. Due to a family matter, we had to cancel 3 weeks before our planned arrival date. VIP Orlando re-rented the property immediately - so they were not damaged by our cancellation. The $1,800 rent we had paid was a windfall to them - they refused to refund any of our rent to us. Do not rent from them. They do not operate in good faith."

"What a tremendous business! My father is Italian and my mother is Portuguese, and every winter break we travel to Europe to visit either side of the family. This year was different because my nephew, who turned 6 two months ago, wanted to go to Disney World, so we, as a family, decided to fulfill his wish. While in Houston, where I live, me and my girlfriend where deciding on whether we should stay in one of the Disney resorts with my brother, but my previous experiences there weren’t so great. After almost giving in to Disney’s overrated resorts, I found Check In VIP Orland, and quite frankly, it seemed too good to be true! My facility was very practical and comfortable, and super affordable (I’d even call it a bargain). The staff was very straightforward and there were no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend Check In VIP Orlando for anyone wanting a relaxing and enjoyable time in Orlando, Florida."

"This company is horrible. No one ever gets back to you. They ruined my vacation in Orlando with multiple facility issues. The worst was not having any hot water 3 out of the4 days of our stay. Not to mention the codes they give you for access do not work. I would never rent from them again or ever recommend them.
