"Brandon called and offered us a great opportunity to enjoy the facilities at Silver Lake Resort and a cruise as well! Brandon did a great job and passed my call over to Bob to work out the details. Having a limited schedule to visit, and working out details for flights, arrangements for our puppies etc. I was able to formulate a nice 5 night stay at the resort with Bob for a great price. He offered much flexibity to our needs and schedule. I look forward to visiting the resort and will place a follow up review when we return. The staff was great to talk with offering much information, answering questions, and taking the time to listen to what our needs would be."

"I was offered a package in Myrtle Beach, SC, that included a one bedroom suite for.a specific price, I choose to upgrade and pay the difference for a 2 bedroom unit. My package was paid for and contract signed 6 months before my trip. The day before my vacation, they call to tell me that the person who booked my package made a mistake that I owed an additional $179 to upgrade. I had a signed contract for.a 2 bedroom unit. They would not oblige. They stated they could put me in a one bedroom when I checked in. I originally was booked at the Prince resort 4*, they put me in Grande Shore 2* piece of a dump. They also changed my tour date and times from morning to 12:30 afternoon slot. This company is a sham. I wouldn’t purchase a recycled can with soda from them. And they want thousands for a vacation package. Embassy Suites just a few miles from here ( which we stayed in to give us extra days for vacation) was better than this so-called condo resort. Don’t waste your time or money with Time2Visit."
