"I sent a pack of medicines by sea during the lock down since there were no flights to Cuba. This was on September 12, 2020. It still has not been delivered. I still give them 2 stars because I feel that in part it might be out of their control. They tell me that the container is still in the port of Habana waiting to be opened and that they have no control. When I have sent money out always arrives the next day but last week they charged me 42 dollars to deliver a 100 dollars to my family, and I believe that is excessive."

"Sotole my credit card number the fact is that my credit card was at cero when i purchased the plane tickets when i came back from cuba my credit card was locked and flag for fraud charges paid a boost mobile account and paid some food at dennys which they ordered online maybe another one that just flagged my card when i went back to confront them they acted like it had nothing to do with them."
