When we asked why this had happened, the lady who attended us didn't give us a specific reason. She just said that he had sent him the new offers this morning. "I went to "Here you Travel" 3 weeks before we set a trip. My family and I brought 3 packages from them. I have never felt so much anxiety and stress working with an agency. Their communication is horrible, too much back and forth with different employees, which clearly shows they're not organized. Everything that I needed for the trip was sent to me last minute. I was told by one lady that we wouldn't need to be tested for COVID to exit the USA and then another lady told us we would. We had about 3 days left before the trip so it was difficult to get appointments. The main Lady that was designated to me told me she was going to call me back to confirm and never did. I ended up calling American Airlines and confirming for myself. The day before the trip the lady had told me that I would need a Travel consent form for the children, THE DAY BEFORE THE TRIP. Thankfully we already had known about this and had it ready but if we didn't know, we would have to be looking for a notary. Why couldn't they tell us all this in time??. The lady had also stated she could help me with the luggage online, thankfully the American Airlines system at the time was not working because I would not have known that the luggage was actually $35 and they charged me $85 per luggage. When I requested the money back, it was an issue. When I was finally able to get the lady on the phone for the money her response was "Ohh I thought someone already sent it to you", when clearly I was sending her messages through WhatApp to please return the money since we were already in line for check in. So much happened with this agency, It was truly a horrible experience with them. I do not recommend. I've worked with other agency's that have given fantastic customer service and been so attentive.
