"I brought in a damaged Pixel 6 Pro that I thought was completely dead, but as it turned out, it was only the screen that was nonfunctioning, the phone itself was fine. The turn around time for my repair was incredibly fast, and every person I interacted with was extremely friendly and wanting to help. I would definitely recommend"
"This place is AMAZING I phone seemed unrepairable but it wasn’t . Very professional, very friendly, and phone looks and works great. Price was good and great customer service I will be back and I recommend this place to anyone."
"Great service I received from these guys. My iPhone 14 Pro Max screen had cracked and glass shards started peeling off. I called several shops in the area they all told me it can be replaced but the phone would have an error message after. This was not the case here. Apple wanted $379 plus tax and couldn’t guarantee it would be ready same day. Ifixit quoted me $300 and guaranteed same day and no message. They definitely lived up to that. Highly recommend this place."
"Brought my phone in because half the screen stopped working. Was told I needed a digitizer, front screen and back glass. After a week of calling with no answer and many visits to the store just to be told it'll be done later that day. (Never was) I had to return the phone to get "fixed" again because the camera stopped working and my charger port now doesn't work. They fixed the camera and the charger still doesn't work. If you don't have a spare phone be prepared to not have a phone for 2 weeks. That's how long it took. They both worked before I came in. I also paid for a screen protector and they never put one on. Could've spent 7 dollars and done it myself but figured I'd help a business out. They never put a screen protector on. Very unprofessional. And very bad customer service."
"If you want to get your laptop properly fixed, avoid this store like the plague. We took our laptop to the North Port office to get the frame of the screen fixed as it made it hard to open and close the laptop. Upon entering the store we were greeted kindly and were told that it should be an easy fix which will be done in a few days. We paid around $200 in advance and went home thinking that we’ll get our laptop back in no time. As it turned out, we couldn’t have been more wrong. We waited more than a week just to get notified that it’s going to take more time than expected and that he (the owner) needs to contact someone who is more familiar with this type of laptop. So we had to wait another two weeks after which we were told that the laptop’s finally fixed. However, when we went back it turned out that the laptop is still not fixed properly; the screen had to be changed and the new screen was of bad quality, also the new frame wasn’t the proper size so the laptop still couldn’t be opened and closed properly. After all this we had to again wait for two weeks which was absolutely unnecessary as no improvements whatsoever were made to the laptop during that time. Because of this we asked for a refund which we didn’t get; we managed to get a partial refund of $80, but we still lost more than $100 and didn’t get our laptop properly fixed. Moreover, the Windows version on the laptop was upgraded from 10 to 11 which we didn’t want and unfortunately can’t revert. What’s even more frustrating is that after asking for a refund the owner had the audacity to put the blame on us for losing money on this so-called „repair” as it allegedly cost him more than he originally expected. This kind of business practice is unacceptable and it’s really shameful putting the blame on the paying customer."
