"DO NOT TRUST THEM. Im from out of state and took my truck to have brakes replaced before i could return home. They said the calipers were frozen and needed replaced. Gave me a very expensive quote of $1000. Called my mechanic back home and he concured this was to much money. Took my truck to Tim's automotive in Venice and Tim said nothing was wrong with the calipers. My bill was less than 1/2 what Tire Choice was charging."

"Tires Choice in North Port, FL #1259 at 4480 Aidan Ln may be a good automotive shop if YOU WANT MONEY AND UNNECESSARY SERVICES SUCKED OUT OF YOU. They think all car owners are dumb. Had my rack and pinion replaced by my mechanic and he recommended an alignment to be done. Went to Tire Choice for alignment and they said I need my rack and pinion re-centered and control arm bushings replaced for a lot more money. I said I'll have my mechanic redo the job. They centered my steering wheel and reset an ABS/TCS warning light on my dash at no cost. Great shop, I thought. My mechanic said there was room on the rack and pinion to align tires and the bushings were good but we replaced them anyway. 2nd time at Tires choice for alignment and the service manager, Kevin Briggs, tells me I have to pay more because the technician accidentally disconnected the tire rod ends from the rack and pinion. The car at this point was not drivable because of the incompetent technician's mistake, so I really had no choice. I said do it and I will pay the extra labor they demand. The car was returned to me with the steering wheel off center unless I pay more to re-center it and the alignment not completed per printout of alignment report because the rear is frozen, so they claim. They recommend I rotate the tires more often. I'm an old school mechanic who has built cars from scratch but too old to work on them now. This shop thinks I'm dumb. Join my club and bring your car here if you are too. Hope you have the money, I don't. Never again..."

"Took my 2022 F350 SD in to get tires installed. Gotta call from the manager saying my brakes pads look pretty bad. Not thinking i told him to replace them( a day earlier for did service on my truck and gave the pads an 8/10.) So picked it up drove it for a week and took it back because the brakes were screeching.they fixed yhem and gave the truck back.that following week same thing. Took it back and they said ...well we could put pads on it but it might or might not take the noise out.took it to Ford 2 days later and my rotors and pads were screwed. $1000 dollars later the pads and rotors were replaced."
