"Not only did they try to sell me a larger unit than I needed now that my system that they installed four years ago is having problems, they lie and say they don't service Venice anymore. The owner had to come back a few times to fix things that were not finished properly on the installation. Also was told the system that was installed is substandard. I worked for a answering service company and out of all our ac companies Dales was always the most responsive, had the best ER rates and return call times. So, I always knew if I need ac work they'd most likely have my business. I priced install with two other companies and Dales was best priced with the best unit. Dales takes care of my yearly maintenance and ac checks. Which is always very thorough and last time my UV light was repaired, seems it had become non functional. In 2018, my drain line backed up (thank you frog) and it was discovered then my dryer popped it's seal earlier in the year and lint got everywhere that also included my ac coils which had to be professionally cleaned, Dales took care of the job, they looked almost as good as new. In 2021, the unit suffered a manufacturers defect and the coil had to be replaced under warranty. A couple months later I purchased a smart thermostat which needed to be connected via s "C" wire which my thermostat did not have. Jamie the technician who came out on that job saved me a couple hundred dollars by offering to relocate the thermostat to a new location rather than run wire through the attic to the pre existing unit. He had the new thermostat installed and operational in no time at all. Donna and Kathy in the office are a pleasure to speak with and are quick to call a tech and get an answer for questions they don't have answers to. I have NEVER had an issue with the quality of the services that I receive, the professionalism of the technicians, timeliness of appointment windows or pricing."
