"I have been using this agency for many years. Never have a problem. They are always nice. My only complain is they close the door before time. I got there 15 min before closing and they didn't allow me to enter. There were no customers inside."

"Awful!!!! They LIED to my fiance and did not submit the paperwork for a passport until about a month AFTER we had originally submitted it. They also LIED to us: APPARENTLY, they charge your family member in Cuba 2 CUC for delivering money... after they already charge you in the US $12-15. They also NEVER answer the phone!!! It is soooo difficult to get a hold of them! UGH"
