"The first condo they put us in was absolutely disgusting. It was old and the dirt was built up from years of subpar cleanings. The second condo was better, but still not good. Many of the pictures were missing from the walls, leaving the velcro strips. The condo has not been renovated in a very long time, which was evidenced by the old broken kitchen cabinets and counter. The mirrors in the wall had rust on them. The absolute worst part was the refrigerator. The refrigerator and freezer barely worked, even after having maintenance come "fix it". They said it was replaced the weekend before, but I'm not buying that. The freezer did not keep food frozen and the refrigerator worked just enough to keep the food from spoiling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. This company charges premium prices for old and gross condos."

"I would avoid if there are other options. We booked a house 8 months in advance, pre-paid in full including a $800 deposit. 2 days before we were to get on a plane, we were told that the owner of the house sold the property. I didn't understand why they would not protect their rental agreements from such circumstances. Either way, we were forced to take a replacement. The pool at the new house stopped working and a pool tech was called. An umbrella that came with the house was damaged before we arrived. Both expenses were taken out of our deposit that was returned 10 weeks after our stay. Brutally unprofessional."

"DO NOT...I repeat, DO NOT do business with this company!!!! My wife and I recently booked a beach house with them and it was a complete disaster. First and foremost the company owner is completely rude and unprofessional. Upon arriving to our rental it was dirty and nothing seemed to work properly. The alarm system was disabled, The a/c unit stopped working the day after we arrived and when we called the company to get it fixed....NO ONE ever showed up. We had a destination wedding and tried to entertain a few family members after our ceremony but was unsuccessful because of the immense heat because of an unfunctioning air conditioning unit. The bed linens were sour to the smell and there were flying ants EVERYWHERE. There was chip crumbs in the cabinets etc. which all means that upon arriving to what should have been a get away, we had to immediately get to work and rewash the bed sheets and reclean the house. When notifying the company of all of these issues, no one apologized, no one took responsibility....actually the owner stated that the a/c not working isn’t the company’s problem. It is an overpriced, under serviced place and the owner only seems to care about taking your money. Once payment is made....you are on your own. I could have booked a beachside hotel and been way more satisfied. This company is not the company anyone should do business with. If I could give 0 stars out of 5 I would. Completely disappointed and disgusted with the lack of concern for customers. They are all about your money, not your satisfaction!!!! ALSO, if you look closely at the reviews...the only good reviews they have are from people that work for the company or own it. Rebecca tice is the owner as stated in the review from “Nathan tice” which he gives the company 5/5....coincidentally he has the same last name as the owner?! That’s a fake review. And “kristinia sealy” gave 5/5 and she is the person that I’ve spoken to when I call the company and she is very rude and disrespectful. She hung up in our faces several times. So now we know that the only good reviews are coming from people who are employed by the company."

"This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Our room, while nice, was filthy when we arrived. There was mold in the showers, no cleaning implements (broom, vacuum, mop). There were crumbs and dust everywhere and food in the floor. Even though we were late into the room because it had to be cleaned and the previous guests checked out late. The room keys were missing and we were told they would be replaced. We only had the spare set for maintenance is to use via the lock box. The keys were never replaced or provided, which meant sharing 1 set of keys for 3 adult couples. The check out notice makes it clear that you must not leave excess sand etc in the floors, which is understandable, however, I have never in approx 20 years of renting condos, been to a place that did not have a vacuum or even a broom and mop. It was utterly ridiculous. The offices couldn't be bothered with complains, and seemed annoyed that I had called and disrupted their "busy" day. I had to spend about $45.00 on cleaning implements (broom, Lysol, Windex, bleach etc) to clean the condo and spent my first night on vacation cleaning the condo. As I didn't want my child consuming food found on the floor (he is 15 months) that was left there for who knows how long. I will never rent another property through this agency again."

"I was so disappointed with Resort Destinations. We were told to bring $75 cash for renter's insurance. Well, nothing was said about bringing exact change! They were so rude when we were trying to check in (the owner or manager interupted for Kristina, the employee speaking to us, to call about an umbrella). Mid conversation, she made the phone call. Neither of the employees even apologized. When they didn't have change for four 20's they told us to walk over to a convenience store to get change. A woman in the office next to Kristina's laughed at our anger and sassily offered some change in nickels and quarters. They claimed they had tons of people check in with $100 bills and that it was my fault that they didn't have change. They also tried to tell me the condo would be ready 30 minutes after what my contract stated. Then once we got to the condo there was a huge palm tree blocking our balcony view that of course, isn't on any of pictures of the condo!! For the money we paid, a room with an ocean front view was promised. We felt completely lied to. The experience was negative all the way around and I would NEVER rent from them again!!"
