Please note that parties and smoking are not allowed on the property. The primary renter must be 25 years old or older and present during the stay. The maximum occupancy is 18 guests, and any violation of this rule will result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 7am, and a pet fee of $300 per pet (maximum 2 pets under 30lbs each) is required.
