"Very sweet group of people that have always been helpful. I still have had many reasons to frequent that particular location and have been very pleased with the excellent attitudes and great customer service."

"Terrible customer service. Do not expect any help finding anything. They definitely do not appreciate people's business. I think it's well worth it to either drive to Mexico Beach or Apalachicola cuz both of those Ace hardwares are great."
