CVS 110 West Highway 98, Port St. Joe, FL 32456

"I hate to leave bad reviews but when it is warranted I will do so. First, I have a service dog...a REAL one. She doesnt require a leash because it could pose a danger of tripping me. She walks on my left side and stays there at all times...They wanted to argue with me that service dogs are required to be on a leash eveen though she was right on my left and stayed there perfectly obedient. I left. The next time I came in i explained i recenty moved here and needed a regular pharmacy. I had a scrip for a medicsl supply. They said that i couldnt buy it from them and they would not order it...i would have to drive ab hour to east point to get it. Sgain i asked them to order it i didnt care if it took e few days...thre answer was no. I took my business to the other pharmacy in PSJ. They ordered it for me and got it the next day. Needless to say the other pharmacy now has my business and they complimented me on how well behaved my service dog is...stay away from this CVS theres a WAY better choice just down the street."

"Absolute WORST customer service. A lady was extremely rude on Friday to my husband when trying to get a prescription transferred and got very angry when he asked for an approximate time. And today spoke to a pharmacist and when asked “pharmacist, can I help you” he didn’t bother to listen whatsoever to what I was saying. RUDELY acted like I was making no sense when he didn’t bother to listen at all! I’m trying to get prescriptions covered for my elderly grandmother and instead I’m getting a horrible attitude from someone whose job is supposed to be to help people. There are a lot of sick, depressed people with anxiety that need their meds and shouldn’t have to deal with such right out MEANNESS!! Well karma will get then. I know people probably don’t have very many options in town but I I’m praying corporate reads this and gives these. Workers additional training how to be a tad bit better to their customers"

"Absolutely the nastiest attitudes. I pulled into the drive thru after an ER visit for my 6yr old and all I asked was did they receive the script from the ER. It was not just one employee, it was two different women. One that greeted me via the phone, had a nasty attitude and then the one that came to see what my need was as well had a nasty attitude. They literally hung up the phone before I was even able to get the words thank you out of my mouth! I will never go back, but they probably don't care. I think CVS corporate needs to look into the pharmacy customer service judging by some of these other reviews."

"Son was seen in emergency room in the evening. Waited until 11am to pick up meds that had been called in. Was told prescription wasn’t ready and to come back later. I guess orders directly from the hospital aren’t a priority? Apparently they’re 3 days behind and can’t catch up? That’s what another employee told me. Counter rep wasn’t pleasant either. I don’t know what’s going on there but after being in multiple CVS stores in several different states- this isn’t typical."

"We stopped here to pick up some Tylenol. Pretty standard CVS. They did have a self checkout which was nice. We were looking for some chewable kids Tylenol but they didn’t have any in stock."
