"I had my main water line burst underneath the sidewalk and lost over 50,000 gallons of water. Premium Plumbing offered the most affordable price and didn't try to upsell me on other services like some of the other companies I called out for a quote. The repair ended up being more difficult than originally planned and required technicians having to come out more than once. They stayed true to their original price and were prompt with their responses each time. "I had a bad leak off the city hook up onto my property and was losing a gallon a minute giving me a $639 water bill. Premium Plumbing was responsive and friendly on the phone. The fix was straight forward as we just needed to replace a small section of PVC that was leaking, and the line was buried about 8 inches under my sand yard. It was clear exactly where the leak was. The materials needed was a small section of PVC, some glue and a shovel. The tech showed up 2.5 hours outside the time window of 10-12. Things happen I get it but I had to call at 12 to see if he was still coming. The front desk lady was nice and pleasant though. The guy finally showed up and looked at it for a couple minutes, dug around with his hands to verify the leak location. Has me come to the side of my house looking for a shut off for some reason (the city shut off was right next to the leak) then burps about a foot way from my face. Weird. He then tells me it was going to be $650. I said no thanks and went inside. Called my general contractor brother and we fixed it later that day for $20 in material and about an hour of labor. Not sure how $650 was even in the realm of possibility but that quote was outrageous and I hope others don’t fall for that if it’s their standard practice to massively inflate even simple jobs."

Louis has been the one to respond each time and is consistently prompt, respectful, courteous, and definitely knows his stuff. He explains what needs to be done and shows me the completed project afterward. I appreciate his work ethic. The receptionist(s) have also been very eager to help when scheduling appointments or answering questions. Pricing is fair and I always feel confident that the job has been done correctly.
