"This place is amazing and staff members are well trained and always ready to deliver a great customer service. It’s a perfect place to taste one of the top ice cream in the Country, and they have such great assortment of candy apples and chocolates. I love visiting Sloan’s with family and my kids are always happy to browse all their toys .. adults as well!!"

"I walked in at 10:59 with my 2 years old daughter. She wanted to grab an ice cream for her. Soon as I walked in they said we are closed you must leave, you can’t walk in and they kicked my out. They saw my daughter crying for an ice cream and still refused to serve me. I had to drag my daughter out the store. Smh."

"Just attended an AMAZING birthday party at the Rosemary Square. Highly recommend!!! We walked into Sloan’s Sweet Factory! The smell of the delicious homemade ice cream- heaven! The hostess- Ro, she was exceptional. She attended to us as if we were friends over for dessert. Will definitely stop by during the holidays for when my family visit from NY. One of the best places in town."

"Super friendly staff and cute place for a nice treat. We shared a peanut butter cup which for us was large enough for two. We especially liked the hot fudge they used and that the ice cream didn't taste overly sweet."

"The smell of the freshly made waffles & bright fun colors convinced me to walk into Sloan’s. It’s filled with fun gifts for adults and children. They had a wide variety of ice cream & sweet treats. I went in for a cookie as they looked freshly baked and warm. The lady working assured me they were warm & fresh. Unfortunately their “warmth” is from a heater they sit on all day. The cookie was inedible. It tasted like it was 4 days old and continually on a hot plate. The worst cookie I’ve ever had, I didn’t even finish it. If the place itself wasn’t so cute & contain novelty gifts it would’ve been a 1 star from me. Hopefully their ice cream is better….."
