"The company is indeed a call center. So polite and nice making appointment. Wanted my credit card to number to "hold" the appointment. Two days later was charged $55 which I will dispute. Repairman Cesar (who I see named in other reviews) is a conman and has no intention of fixing your appliance. At first I believed him and paid by check for a part which was a total scam. Do NOT call this "company". Shocking. The call center said they were located out of the country when we called back. This was a humbling experience for me because I never thought I would be scammed....but I surely was."

"This company apparently 'contracts' its repairs to independent 'repairmen'. I made the mistake of having them check an issue with a washer in a condo that I rent. The repairman did not speak English and although I'd advised when I set the appointment that I would be responsible for paying bill, the repairman would not leave until my tenant gave him payment. HE REFUSED TO LEAVE and the language gap did not help in my explaining to him that I was the responsible party. HORRIBLE."

"BEWARE!!!!DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY ARE A CALL CENTER AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF HELPING YOU ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR $55 SERVICE CALL FEE. THEY REFERRED A REPAIRMAN TO FIX MY FRIDGE FOR $150 WHICH AFTER A FEW DAYS WAS NOT WORKING AGAIN. THEY FINALLY CAME OUT A FEW DAYS LATER AND SHOWED @ 9PM TO SAY THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PART AND WOULD COME THE NEXT DAY. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN SO IM OUT $200 AND MY FRIDGE STILL DOESNT WORK. THE CONMAN THAT CAME TO MY HOUSE IS CESAR WITH AN INVOICE THAT SAYS APPLIANCES REPAIR.. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!! MANY COMPLAINTS ON THE BBB WESITE"

"Horrible service quality, I made an appointment for a repair and waited all day long for a non-show up tech, by the end of the day I get a call to let me know that he is not going to make it, and he will come next morning, which also did not show again, they hanged up on me for calling and trying to find out what was going on with the appointment. Do not use these guys, they do not value their costumers time or have respect for their work."
