"The absolute worst experience one could imagine. Came to fix a gas pilot in fireplace. made it way worse with 3 inch flame. Art said it was safe but it heated up the front glass enough to seriously burn someone. Then played 3 weeks of them not answering phone. This Art Wade was a nightmare. If you value safety when dealing with propane or natural gas, I would never recommend them. Really a nightmare!"
