"We arrived at Perdido Dunes in January, 2024. The pool was in and the the boardwalk was open. Our condo was clean and we had no bugs."

"Condo is not what is listed. No beach access. No pool. Mold in bathroom, Roach crawled on my son's bed. Checked out early they never told me we had to have a parking pass when we were leaving they stuck a warning on my car saying I my car would be booted if I didn't get a parking pass. I will never stay here."
"Caption: Rare Find We stayed in Unit 24 Thursday - Monday and I can’t say enough about it! The condo was newly renovated and absolutely adorable! It was obvious that someone put a lot of effort into decorating the condo. It was very spacious (there were 6 adults) and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare any meal onsite and the pool and beach were just steps away. The complex was in the perfect location. Convenient to everything. We will definitely stay there again!"
