"Was looking for a new well drilling company and realized I forgot to leave a review on LaGrow last year. They burned up my brand new pump trying to troubleshoot an issue with the well. And the $90 service charge was $180. $180 to burn up a pump. Closest thing I got to an apology was to insult the $320 pump from the local hardware store, and offered to send me a quote to install a $750 Gould pump and work on the well. Not that I was sold on buying a $750 pump for then to burn up, but they never bothered to send a quote. A simple apology, just accepting responsibility, for costing me $500, and I probably wouldn't still be annoyed."

"Requested a quote/estimate to have a digital irrigation controller installed at my house. The technician evaluated my system and said it would cost more than $1,000. I said no thanks. Got a bill for $85. Tried calling, no answer, left message. Emailed also, no response. There was no expressed or implied cost for the estimate. Still unresolved. Update: 2/6/23 - Received email stating that the invoice has been cancelled."
"They installed our irrigation system and even came back out when a couple sprinkler heads were in the wrong spot. Yesterday we had a filter system installed, Jason was friendly, helpful and professional. Our water is clear and smell free! He gave us tips to keep it running tip top too.
