"I went in to Lowe’s to purchase some flat fluorescent lamp diffusers for my kitchen. I needed to have several cuts made to fit their shapes. There were many helpful people in this store. Many more than in the store where I live. I had exceptional help from an employee named Charles. He was willing to make several cuts that I needed. Charles and several other employees at the store were very friendly."

"Lowe's is a very convenient store when it comes to doing any fixing up around the house inside and out. The staff seems to also be professional and know what they are talking about. I like to garden and they always have a good variety of plants also out in the lawn and garden section."

"Went to Sebring Lowes to order all new kitchen cabinets, counter tops, table saw and all the hardware, paint etc.... Well the very helpful young man in the kitchen department couldn't get all the cabinets on the order so he told us his manager will call us back. That call never came. Since the young man did 90% of the work we went to Home Depot on line ordered everything most of the order was there in two days & the balance within a week. We did get the counter tops from Lowe's and some of the electrical but the majority from Home Depot. You really need better management in your kitchen department."

"I usually go to this Lowe's garden center early in the morning right after they open to avoid crowds. All employees are awake smell good and are cheerful and very helpful. They're always replenishing stock and they do have a nice clearance rack which I have bought several plants off of. Thank you. PS it's true planting milkweed = monarch butterflies.....almost instantly."
