"There is a tall Hispanic male who works here who gives the wrong info every time. He tries to rush you so be very cautious and careful when dealing with this sheisty employee. I have caught him giving misinformation on several occasions stating I have nothing due (not true), trying not to give receipts and then giving wrong due dates."

"Im giving 5 points to this place!! I don't use pawn shops but if I did , I would drive here. I have been to a few stores with friends and watched them get treated horribly. Some how, this location was provided my phone number for a customer. After two calls, i was a little irritated so I called back. The manager is the one I spoke with and he removed my number and was professional and personable while also apologizing for the previous call that was diconnected ( I KNOW HE WAS JUST COVERING FOR HIS EMPOLYEE) :) , I get it lol) but all in all I would say he seems like a pretty honest person to go buy/sell/trade with . Thank you for not being nasty and rude. It does matter."

"This place is awesome. It has everything and anything anyone could ever want. Their prices are amazing but what made this pawn shop stand out was the customer service. I was highly impressed with Patrick. He was super helpful, honest and very knowledgeable. There has always been a certain stigma when it comes to pawn shops but I didn't feel that at all here. They have amazing inventory and the experience was extremely positive. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended."
