"Great selection of items!!!! I love Michael's and would have given this location 5 stars if not for the obnoxious music that was playing.....and WAY too loud. So annoying that I couldn't remember what I was shopping for. I mentioned this to the clerk and she stated that there have been many complaints about the music/volume but she couldn't change it or turn down the volume. Where is the store manager and why isn't this being addressed?"
"Michael's is simply one of the biggest craft and diy store out there, and rightfully so! They always keep well stocked shelves, and if it's not on sale this week, it is almost guaranteed to be on sale next week! Cashiers always have smiling faces despite their long holiday hours, and its just seriously one of my favorite stores to get lost in!"
"The staff is hit and miss. I have shopped Michael's for years but the last few times I have been there I have been disappointed. The last time I tried to redeem the Rewards Coupon, had email notification, originally signed up at the store. Couldn't pull it up to redeem and cashier not at all helpful. If you have coupons, rewards programs, etc. make it user friendly otherwise do away with it. If there is a technical difficulty, please don't make the customer uncomfortable, call for assistance. Losing customers is not how you keep your job."
"For some reason I've always felt out of place in craft stores. This was no exception. It seemed poorly stocked in a lot of areas with a lot of products from one Chinese supplier, a lot of the products seemed quite expensive for the quality. The store is oddly lit and has almost a warehouse feel rather than a place of creativity. The checkout area is confusing. The staff there is absolutely wonderful though, very helpful in any way they can be."
