"Our ac quit Saturday night,I called Sunday morning, Bruce came out a d checked everything, and our compressor had gone bad. I spoke with Alexis the next day. She had sent us 2 quotes for new system which we had told Bruce we wanted to get. All preparations were made for an install on Wednesday. A couple of hours later Akexis called to tell me one of their workers would be out today Monday to install our new system. He showed early in the afternoon. Later I learned it was Ivan who was doing our install. He was pleasant,and hard working . Everything he did was throughly checked by him . I had to give this team a 5 for everything they did from start to finish. I highly recommend this company!"

"I asked Roman to come to my home and give me a second opinion on a quote I received from a competitor. The quote was for $1700 dollars of random work that I was told needed to be done asap. I have a friend who does home refurbishing and he suggested Roman. He uses them for all his air conditioning needs and said that not only did they do excellent work but they were very honest. The technician that came over was Ritchie and he was courteous as well as very competent. He evaluated the unit and said that everything the other company suggested was not needed. He did say I needed a Hard start capacitor that was $125. He explained the reason why I needed it and I agreed to have it installed. I signed up for their Gold Plan which gave me much more than what I was getting with the other company for the same price.
