"Had a poor experience today. Lots of associates standing around talking to each other. They wont/dont have to assist you unless you check in at the very front with the manager who stands there like hostess at a restaurant. Manager was snarky and rude. I will not go to best buy again..super disappointed."
"I picked up a couple of hard drives I purchased online. The process was so fast I didn't have time to blink. Of course, having no one in front of me on the pick up line helped, but you can always have delays on the employee/store side. Not on the Dadeland store. Life would be so much better if stores do NOTHING ELSE that what they supposed to do... fully recommended..."
"I purchased an electric Bosch cooktop 9/5/23 and requested a technician from Best Buy to pre-measure the counter space to make sure it would fit before delivery. They measured and assured me there was no problem with the size of the cooktop purchased. The day of the installation I was advised the cooktop did not fit and had to be returned. Went back to the store and the sales person finds me another brand and model assuring me this time it would fit. Two months later, on day of the installation when they opened the box they discover the glass is broken...back to square one, I go back to the store to reorder and they give me a new delivery/installation date of 12/26/23. Appointment confirmed over the phone and via email...I arranged for someone to be home to handle delivery. No one showed up!!! no one called!!! and Best Buy would not care the wasted time spent not only today, but since Sep 5, 2023. Through phone calls, visits to the store, etc. there hasn't been one person who would take any responsibility on this matter. Customer service staff are trained to be overly apologetic on this circumstances, however apologies do not resolve the inconvenience of wasted trips to the store, phone calls and not being able to cook for 3 months. I regret having chosen Best Buy and I am very disappointed at their lack of empathy and service. Not sure how I can trust them with the next appointment offered mid January next year....."
"Upon walking in a "greeter" (for lack of a better word) asked me what I was looking for. She directed me where to go and I waited. I knew exactly what I wanted. It took what felt like forever to get a team member to get to the area I was told to wait at. Where you used to see blue Best Buy shirts everywhere years ago, yesterday I couldn't find any. It took so long I was already calling another Best Buy to purchase my item online and pick it up. He finally showed up and I was able to get my item. The whole shopping experience felt very impersonal and unnecessarily long. ☹️"
"This review has been viewed over 1,400 times. Please note: this location is currently in the process of finalizing a remodel. By far, the best electronics big box store in South Miami, with a full audio studio and home theatre. Best Buy is known for their appliances, computers, and studio showrooms. Half of the experience is touching, with a quarter towards immersively seeing and hearing equally, and we can easily do that for hours here. The convenience of purchasing a SIM card or a new cell phone with available carriers is always appreciated. Don't forget to activate your Total Tech membership at checkout! It's going to help you in the long run. You're going to be good, trust me."
