Customer service reps were friendly and the repair man came exactly when scheduled, fixed our washer, cleaned up, took a copy of our invoice to make sure warranty covered everything, and left. He was so nice. Wish he was my son. I highly recommend Cannons for your appliance services. Best I've had in Florida."

"Poor service and management! They only want the money from the warranty company. They installed a faulty part in my new dishwasher. I called 8 days later to request they come and fix it. Tried to say my warranty expired. Whirlpool scheduled them to come back out and they no showed. Called and spoke to manager who told me to call another company. Beware!"

"Whirlpool called and set up a warranty repair and the serviceman comes out and even though I have a receipt and Whirlpool set the appointment, Cannon tells me it’s not under warranty. I call Whirlpool and Home Depot and they confirm and Whirlpool sets another appointment and no show no call! Very unprofessional company. DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"Stove Repair Our tech, Robert B, was very professional and polite. It took 2 visits to fix our problem. Parts had to be ordered after first visit. A week later our tech returned to install new parts. Robert knew exactly what he was doing and he was in and out in less than an hour. We highly recommend this tech. Customer service was also outstanding. Update 2 Days later: Stove is not working properly. Called Cannons Appliance to have them come out again to follow-up. They said we had to call the warranty company to schedule a follow-up. So we went online a scheduled a follow-up but Cannons was not an option anymore, so we have to go with another company."
