"Place is a scam. Do not buy tickets from this company. If you have already call your CC immd. I purchased tickets to a Monster Truck Event. I showed up to a shopping mall with nothing anywhere. I actually had to call the police. The police had to call the mall management to see what was happening and why there were so many people there looking for a big event. The mall told them show was cancelled months ago. Fair enough but not one notice was posted or sent nor did I get my money back. On top of it being cancelled months in advance. I'm pretty sure they sold me the tickets after the cancel. Also, the website allowed me to print the tickets the day before the event. How do you allow that happen? Could have been a Facebook Post, an email, or anything to notify us."

"Total scam. Purchased tickets for November 2021, and they canceled 2 days prior due to "severe weather". Rescheduled for April 8-10th, only to show up and was told they never had a contract with the fairgrounds it was supposedly being held at. No one will answer phone calls, emails, or Facebook messages. I've now been blocked from messaging after attempting to get my money back. Will be filing a fraudulent charge with my bank. Filed a complaint with the better business bureau"

"I purchased tickets from this company for ice capades show in Richmond va. The show was canceled on the opening day December4th 2021. I have been calling this company since December 4th 2021 trying to get information about postponed dates or a refund. Finally talked to some one on Feb 4th she said my refund will be refunded 3-10 business days. I still have not received my refund, here it is March 2,2022 and I can not get in touch with anyone at this company. I reported them to the BBB this is not how a business is supposed to be handle. Hopefully i will get so.e results if you come across this company RUN do not do any kind of business with them. This company is awful"

"Scam. Compete scam. Paid over $150 for tickets. Then had to pay $15 to park at the event. It was 100 degrees outside- hotter with the heat index and we weren’t allowed to being our own water inside the event. So in order to keep 4 adults (one of which was 9 months pregnant) and 2 children hydrated enough we had to buy water bottles at $5 a pop. We spend easily over $50 on just water alone. We walked into the venue and my son wanted to jump in the bounce house, well that was gonna cost us an additional $7. So we found a little bit of shade and waited until the show to start. The show started 15 min late. The motorcross dudes were awesome, they were out for only maybe 5 min though. Then the next 20 min was the monster trucks. There was an intermission which we left after waiting 35 minutes. Our other group of friends were there and stayed. Another 15 min went by until the monster trucks started back up again… and guess how long they were out….only 20 min. And then the show was over. I feel completely scammed. They hide the comments on their events page so I never even saw that this is an on going issue and the same experience many other people share."
