There were two bartenders, both of whom didn't pay us much attention after our food was served. I also ordered a drink that never came. But once again, the food and the cocktails were tasty."

I must commend the chef's wizardry, particularly with the accompaniment – young potatoes drenched in a delightful sauce. On the menu, this dish goes by the name "Fresh Catch." As the bartender informed me, on that day, it showcased the brilliance of Redfish, or perhaps Red Snapper. Regardless, the chef is truly a culinary maestro."
