The Cheesecake Factory

"We've been coming to the US for years and the cheesecake factory is one of our favourite restaurants and we've been to many of their locations. On this trip we visited this restaurant twice and loved their food. I always have the 'classic' burger (which is bigger and better than their other burgers). Always ask for it to be medium which is pink and juicy inside but with a lovely blackened tasty outside. On our first visit my burger came out very overcooked (not pink and dry inside). I informed the server who immediately agreed with me and took it away to get another made. The new burger was perfect, and the manager also came over to apologise and offer a complementary piece of cheesecake which was very nice and appreciated. My wife always gets the chicken bellagio, and on our first visit the chicken was very tough and didn't taste that good but this is a rare issue. On our second visit we both ordered the same dishes, and this time my burger came out perfectly cooked and the chicken bellagio was also perfect. We do really love the food here, and if anything is wrong we appreciate the manager coming over to apologise and make things right. The servers are normally always perfect as well. Very friendly and polite and always there if you need something. We will definitely be back next year when we're in the area again!"

"This was our first time and it was amazing! We ordered the nachos for an appetizer. I got the parmesan crusted chicken. My kids got the Mac and cheese burgers. All the meals were so delicious and the portions were very large. Then for dessert we got white chocolate raspberry truffle cheesecake and tiramisu. The restaurant was so pretty, and our waitress was sweet and attentive. Over all a wonderful experience on our family vacation!"

"I guess if you’ve been to one cheesecake factory, you’ve been to them all. The food was very good and our waiter was awesome. As with other locations it was very dark inside. Regardless it is a good place to bring large groups since there are so many options and also some nice options for celebration dinners."

"I had a delightful lunch at The Cheesecake Factory with my wife. She opted for the healthy and delicious salad with grilled salmon, which was both fresh and satisfying. As for me, I ventured into the realm of crispy brussels sprouts slathered in maple syrup – while they weren't as crispy as expected, the sweet and savory combination was undeniably delightful, even if it required a post-meal insulin boost. We also embarked on a culinary adventure with the corn ribs, a unique and flavorful way to enjoy corn, as long as you avoid my rookie mistake of trying to devour the inedible cob portion. They were generously seasoned and sauced, providing a burst of exciting flavors. To cap off our indulgent meal, we shared a classic slice of cheesecake with extra strawberries. The richness of the cheesecake and the sweetness of the strawberries made for a heavenly combination. Though we may need to skip a few meals tomorrow to make up for the 1,200 calories packed into that single slice, it was absolutely worth it. Our lunch at The Cheesecake Factory was a memorable culinary experience, and we look forward to returning for more delectable delights in the future."
