"I've been repairing commercial restaurant equipment for over 25 years and was having a really weird problem with a slicer so I called Hobart Tampa and spoke with Suzy in dispatch who put me in touch with the service manager Rob Hayes who helped me with the issue I was having, answered all my questions including the different options I had. I just wanted to say that both Suzy and Rob went above and beyond to help me get the issue resolved and they were both very professional, polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. "I called this company early this morning hoping they could repair the mixer in our bakery. Suzy the receptionist was awesome and got a repairman out to our place shortly after noon and got us up and running again. Exceptional service."

"Call the office, she asked is it under warranty? I told her clearly my oven out of warranty, and explain there were no heat from my oven, it was manufactured 2001. She send technician out in 15” minute. The guy coming as soon as he saw my oven he knew that my oven use 480V and all I have is 240V. There is nothing he can do, however he went to his services vehicle stay on phone 20 minutes then come in show me the bill of $300.00 I asked him how he come up with this bill, he told me $150 for just walk through the door and $150 for spend 1 hr. I ask him what did he do in one hour? No response. I also ask why I wasn’t inform the high rate charge ? no response. Before he leave he try to trick me sign the invoice said that I agreed to pay the bill. This people is very bad business practice, they represent Hobart which is well known company in the industry. This big company should not let these authorize dealer abuse their name. I am sure I am not the only person experience this horrible. Beware everyone when doing business with company like this"

"These guys know what they're doing, they're expensive but you can get same day service and they do a good job. The guy that serviced my dishwasher even mopped up the mess he made for me. total came to about 500$ with parts, but it was broken at 8am, fixed by 10am."

"This place does not offer drop offs to have there own brand equipment fixed. They rather send a technician so they can price gouge you on travel charges and time charges. All I needed was to get a hobart digital scale calibrated and they said it started at $350 just for the service to get someone to come look at the problem and start fixing it. At that rate I'm better off buying a new digital scale at $500 a pop. Txz for your effort HOBART. Worked something out with the manager will update review after services. Spoke to the manager and worked a deal out and had a cert. Tech come out and repair 2 scales for the price of one total service fee and repair was $197 very friendly and knowledgeable technician was worth every penny."
