"I am disappointed in my experience with this store. I took my phone with a black screen and agreed to pay the $50 diagnostic charge based on the employee telling it that it could absolutely be fixed. The next day I was told it couldn't be fixed and I was responsible for the $50 charge. I waited an extra 24 hours without a phone when I could have just bought a new one. When I arrived at the store I asked what was wrong with the phone that caused it to be irrepairable. I was told they didn't know. I said someone must know and I was told the person who did wasn't available. Money wasted in my opinion."

"Wonderful guys work here. My repair was same day. Raced across town... 4 m late but they completed..quickly. very happy with new screen. Only issue... parking after 5 So many at Tijuana flats.... tough to find a good spot. Too few handicap spaces..NOT THEIR fault. These guys were very helpful in letting me know an issue with my mike... on back There are 3 diff spots... so I did not get that done...not covered by insurance. Recommend this cute shop. Lots of great accessories!"
