"I love Hart's Home Service. When did my A/C die? On a Sunday evening in August. HHS answered the phone on a Sunday night! The owner, Joe, called me. He asked me if I had any health issues that required A/C immediately. He was willing to help. Luckily I don't and HHS was at my house the very next day. I got an excellent deal on a great system. When the building inspector came, he said "your contractor went above and beyond. They did a very nice job." HHS also does my electrical. I couldn't be happier. HHS values their customers. If you're not satisfied, they'll fix it. I've been with them for 2 1/2 years. No regrets."

"Recently, my heating/ac compressor died on me and Harts came to repair the unit. They arrived sooner then I thought they could and Rich and Donnie were very polite and knowledgeable. It ended up being a much bigger job then expected but they did everything to get my house heated again! Thanks again Harts, I'll call again!"

"Hart's is the worse rip-off I have experienced having been born in FL. They never called me when they were going to service the AC. They serviced the unit without my permission. It needed the drain pipe blown out and the pan cleaned. The bill was over $500.00. They did not know that I manage multiple rental units in another city. I called my AC service in this city and he said the service call, which they had said would be $69.00, $18.00 for the gas to blow out the line and then labor. Over $400.00 for labor. I recommend never using them. If there was a category for Terrible, that is what I would mark."
