"I chose Bernie's Auto Service based on the reviews I saw online. I was SHOCKED at the true honesty of this business. You just don't see that these days. I brought my older Jeep Commander in and gave Bill a laundry list of things that were known to have issues, and several that were possible issues, some minor, some VERY major. I even called Bill a few times after dropping my Jeep off to add to the laundry list of services and things I needed checked. I fully expected there to be a lot of work done, a lot of time put into it, and I fully expected a bill of well over $2000, maybe even over $3000. Not only did they do outstanding work, but Bill called me and let me know that many of the things I had listed were not issues at all, or required a very minimal fix that they didn't even charge me for. The final bill was very, very low, WAY LESS than I expected. The work done was top-notch and done very quickly. If you have an issue with your vehicle, no matter where you've taken it in the past, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bernie's Auto Services.
