"Excellent top-notch, professional, and efficient service! Eric did a great job, and he discovered that our dryer roof vent was completely blocked since construction, 12 years ago! Which has kept our dryer from venting properly out of the rooftop of our townhouse for years, costing us a recent replacement of our dryer heating element, and previous owners, replacing dryers! So happy, thank you Swept Away!"
"Very disappointed. Mike came at the end of August and was supposed to send me a quote for repairing the flue and either reverting the gas fireplace to wood burning or replacing with a new gas unit. I never received an estimate but it was right before a hurricane, so I assumed it was just forgotten. Called several times and left messages but received no response. Finally spoke with someone in Mid November who said he was going to have Mike get back to me that day. Two weeks later I called again and left another message and again no one responded. I have since moved on to another company and probably should have sooner. What a disappointment."
