"Very pricey. Nearly impossible to reach a human being on the phone. Once I did, (each time) everyone was polite and professional. Change the phone screening program. It hung up on me twice."

"We purchased 3 tvs for our new home We had Geek Squad install them for us. What a great experience. They kept us informed of delivery window and when they were on the way. They reviewed where to do installations, what heights per room and set up everything we needed to be able to sit down and watch tv. I could have set up all the apps but they were insistent on doing it for us. They cleaned up all their trash and any mess from installing tvs and mounts. Highly recommend their service."

"Geek squad has been a nightmare. We will never insure our phones through them again. After 2hrs there in Sunday, 2 hrs on Tuesday and 2.5 hours in Thursday we still have to wait another 2 days to get our phone fixed."

"Please do not get your repairs here. They ultimately waste your time as their system for taking in customers is flawed. I had an appointment at 12:20 pm and I had to wait 40 minutes for no service because they were accepting people with no appointments and appointments 5 hours in advance to their call time. (I know this as I talked to the people in front of me and asked when their appointment was and they either said 5:30 or no appointment at all.) When the geek squad attendant came to sign us off, the attendant did not make those with later times get out of line for the ones that did have an appointment. I'm truly disappointed when I and others try to follow the system yet other customers break it, and are accepted by Geek Squad."
