"My Nintendo Switch's fan started to vibrate When I was playing a game on it. I brought it in because I believed it was going bad and needed to be replaced, which was the case. When Sandra, the technician that helped me, ordered the part, the part got delayed by 1 week for some reason and arrived at the wrong store, their Ocala location. Once she got the part with my switch, it was the wrong part. ----- I should say now that PC Planet was NOT at fault and has done everything up to this point correctly. ----- When Sandra contacted me about the wrong part I decided to try ordering a replacement part for the switch using Amazon and bring it in, and she will only have me pay the repair fee as she sent back the wrong part to get a refund. Finally I brought in my replacement part for the Switch in which she quickly fixed and I have happily been using it without any further issues. Also, congrats on the new baby too, Sandra!"
