"Broke down here doing business with them my starter went out the owner was helpful and nice and 1 other gentlemen was helpful and nice but the fat butch that works in the office kept calling another driver as I'm waiting for family to come get my vehicle mind you we live over an hour and a half away because they would not let me replace my starter in the parking lot because insurance purposes but than than this driver walks up and threatens to tow my vechile and and argues with me I haven't even got out I'm sitting in my vehicle waiting for my family. very rude and not people friendly"
