They should have a small country named after them. Unbeknownst to me, my “city-installed” back-flow had split and was gushing 15,000 gallons of water for 3 months until I finally discovered it on Sunday (always, after-hours repair.) Mechelle on the phone was so polite, understanding, and comforting as she listened to my dilemma of discovering such an expensive mishap. James was at my home within 30 minutes!! "We needed to have our backflow prevention system inspected. Called Sanisafe, just so happen they were in my area that same day, and we were able to have the inspection completed that day. Very courteous and knowledgeable young man representing Sanisafe did the inspection. And he was able to answer all my questions where I understood what was done.
