"Rented the Aloha Vista from them in Feb 2022. The house had several issues including a broken pool heater. After complaints we were pushed off saying it was due to weather. Being a pool owner myself I knew differently. I continued to ask for it to be repaired and finally on the last day of the trip the had a pool heater dropped off. At 66 degrees the pool wasn’t able to be used and the said they would discuss a refund but have been ghosted and any communication has been ignored. I’d never rent from them again. Stuff happens, it’s part of life, so it’s all in how you handle it in my book. There were some good points about the property but the things that were bad were the entire reason we left WI in the winter and they fell way short. Do better Aloha!"

"Their listing failed to mention a new home is under construction directly next door. At 7:30am on weekdays you'll be awoken by the sound of construction and the crew. The second floor balcony of the home under construction overlooks the pool of the rental home. After raising the noise issue, the management company offered to provide a discount. It's now been over a week since checking out and we've yet to see the discount credit promised or a reply to our follow up. Other small issues; upon arrival none of the outlets worked on the kitchen and bathroom counters. We were also told of a three hour time block required during our stay so repairs could be made on the sliding doors."

"We rented villa, Sapphire Sea, from ALOHA Florida for 1.5 months in July and August 2020. As we were planning a long stay, evidently, we had a lot of questions. Nadja was very responsive, she answered all of our questions and helped with the booking process, which was a breeze through the ALOHA Florida web site. We met Caprice at check-in. She was extremely professional, too, and answered all of our questions. The villa was exactly as pictured on the ALOHA web site, beautiful pool, awesome hangout area by the pool, fantastic kitchen, comfortable living area and bedrooms and great bathrooms. The villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed, including a very fast and reliable internet connection. The bottle of wine and snacks at our arrival was a very nice touch! During our stay, we had the opportunity to visit some of their other properties, and we found all of those exactly as pictured on the ALOHA web site. This management company has very high standards. We found that all the properties we visited were very clean, equipped with high-end furniture and appliances, wonderful amenities, they are in great neighborhoods and uniquely designed. I can talk about Nadja only in superlatives! She was our contact during the stay. She is extremely sweet, she was incredibly attentive and responsive not just before our arrival, but during our whole stay and was a text away for any questions. She is very professional, and courteous! We had an amazing experience renting from ALOHA! The entire process from booking to checking out was too good to be true. Both the villa and ALOHA (Caprice and Nadja) exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely be renting from them again when we visit the Cape Coral area. I give them 10 stars! We are very protective of our home. I really feel like they care for our home like it is their own. We have been so pleased with all the bookings on our home since being listed with Aloha Florida. They check all the tenants in and will show them how everything works. They also walk the property with the tenants on check out. Most companies do not do that.
