"Please look for another rental agency to rent a home. We rented this home through VRBO and were looking forward to our Vacation in FL. However, we did not make our final payment, due to Covid-19, and the current travel restrictions, knowing we would be unable to make the trip. VRBO has without hesitation reimbursed us our service fee, but this rental company will not give even a partial reimbursement of our initial payment. They also have not responded to our email to them. We are unable to travel later in the year and are disappointed that they would not even consider a partial reimbursement. These are most unusual circumstances. Look elsewhere for a rental company."
